   We are pleased to anounce the launch of our cooking weekend workshops starting March 2009. Held in a beautiful villa in the northern resort of Pollenca in Mallorca, these 3 day breaks are just what you need to indulge in the delights of the Mediterranean.

The itinerary includes:

3 nights full board accomodation in a top class private villa provided by our associates at Mallorca Farmhouses.
Breakfast buffet every morning, 1 restaurant lunch.
Tour of the Can Vidalet wine bodega with lunch.
Two three hour cooking workshops with our head chef Bruno Canillac.
A trip to the picturesque Pollenca market & dinner in the villa every night.
